On June 17, commemorating the 86th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2011), Vietnam Pictorial coordinated with the Vietnam News Agency Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City to open a photo exhibition and launch the photo book "Charming Vietnam."

In addition to introducing 5 typical photo reports of regions across the country such as the Northwest, Hanoi, Hue, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta by journalist and photographer Hoang Minh Quoc, the exhibition also displays 59 press works selected from the photo book "Charming Vietnam" by the author himself.

With 227 photos, the 242-page book is a vivid panorama of the land and people of Vietnam, from the life of the people in the Mekong Delta in the midst of vast rivers to the image of the Northern Delta with its thousand-year-old rice civilization and the majestic mountains of the Northwest in the image of an ethnic woman carrying her child on her back.

In particular, the works depicting the image of the Central region's vast ocean with people enthusiastically fishing, such as going fishing at night in Lang Co (Hue), waiting for fish to return (Binh Thuan), sunrise on the sea in Nha Trang, after a trip to the sea (Khanh Hoa)... have left many deep emotions for visitors.

In addition to the purpose of introducing the works to photography enthusiasts, all proceeds from the works will be transferred to the "For Agent Orange Pain" Fund of the Vietnam News Agency, contributing to caring for Agent Orange victims across the country.
