Circular 10 abolishes the regulation that does not allow models and beauty queens who have won titles to take, disseminate, and circulate nude photos on telecommunications networks.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just signed and issued Circular 10/2016 amending a number of articles of Circular 01/2016 detailing the implementation of Decree 79 on performing arts, fashion shows, beauty and model contests, circulation and trading of audio and video recordings, music, dance and theater.

Accordingly, Circular 10 abolishes the regulation that does not allow models and beauty queens who have won the title to take, disseminate, and circulate nude photos on telecommunications networks in Circular 01.

Previously, this regulation had received mixed reactions from photographers. Circular 10 took effect from January 1, 2017.
