According to the Prime Minister's Decision regulating the collection and treatment of discarded products, starting from July 1, 2016, a number of discarded products will be collected and treated, including batteries and accumulators of all kinds; some electrical and electronic equipment; lubricants, inner tubes and tires of all kinds.
Also from this time, a number of discarded electrical and electronic equipment products will be collected and processed such as compact light bulbs; fluorescent light bulbs; computers (desktop; laptop); computer monitors; CPU (computer microprocessor); printers; fax machines; scanners; cameras; camcorders; mobile phones; tablets; DVD players; VCD; CD and other types of tape and disc readers; photocopiers; televisions; refrigerators; air conditioners; washing machines.
From July 1, 2016, collect and treat waste products such as lubricants of all kinds; inner tubes and tires of all kinds.
All types of motorbikes, scooters, and discarded cars will be collected and processed from January 1, 2018.

The Decision takes effect from July 15, 2015. Decision 50/2013/QD-TTg dated August 9, 2013 of the Prime Minister regulating the collection and treatment of discarded products ceases to be effective from July 15, 2015./.
