(Baonghean.vn) - From today (August 8), the North and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen will have the highest temperature during the day ranging from 35-38 degrees, with some places reaching over 38 degrees.

Yesterday (August 7),Heat waves have occurred in some places in the Northeast and North Central regions with the highest temperature during the day commonly ranging from 35-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees such as: Tinh Gia (Thanh Hoa) 37.8 degrees, Con Cuong and Tay Hieu (Nghe An) 37.3 degrees.

Forecast: From today (August 8), due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis at about 26-28 degrees North latitude connecting with the low pressure area in the West that tends to develop and gradually expand to the East, the heat wave will spread to the North and the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen with the highest temperature during the day commonly 35-38 degrees, some places higher than 38 degrees. The time with temperature above 35 degrees is from 12-16 hours. Natural disaster risk level: level 1.
