From April 29, how will passenger cars operate in Nghe An?
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the latest direction of Nghe An Department of Transport, inter-provincial passenger buses to "low-risk" localities are allowed to run 100% of their trips.
Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Director of Department of Transport said:Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 4103/BGTVT-VT dated April 28, 2020 of the Ministry of Transport on the implementation of Directive No. 19 and the Conclusion of the Prime Minister at the Government Standing Committee meeting on April 28, 2020; Nghe An Department of Transport has announced the passenger transport operation plan in Nghe An province to the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; Transport business units; Bus station business units. The plan implementation period starts from April 29, 2020.
Accordingly, starting from today, fixed-route intra-provincial passenger transport: units are allowed to operate 100% of trips according to the approved schedule.
For inter-provincial fixed-route passenger transport: Units operating on routes from Nghe An province to localities in the low-risk group are allowed to carry out up to 100% of trips according to the approved Schedule.

Units operating on routes from Nghe An province to localities in the risk group are allowed to carry out a maximum of 50% of trips according to the approved Schedule.
For passenger transport by bus, taxi, contract vehicle, tourist vehicle, 100% of the unit's number of vehicles are allowed to operate.
For inland waterway passenger transport activities: continue to operate to serve people's travel needs.
Regarding tourist passenger transport by 4-wheel electric vehicles in Cua Lo town: It is recommended that the People's Committee of Cua Lo town, based on the actual situation, regulate the number of operating vehicles appropriately, but not exceeding the number of vehicles permitted by the Provincial People's Committee.
Department of Transport requestsUnits operating with less than 100% of the number of vehicles or less than 100% of the number of trips need to develop an operational plan and report a list of specific license plate numbers of the operating unit's vehicles to the Department of Transport for management and monitoring.
All passenger transport vehicles are not allowed to go to localities in high-risk groups. When operating, they must strictly follow the instructions on medical conditions to prevent Covid-19 epidemic on means of transport according to Official Dispatch No. 4101/BGTVT-CYT dated April 28, 2020 of the Ministry of Transport.
According to Official Dispatch No. 1209/SGTVT-VT dated April 28, 2020 on implementing measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic for passenger transport activities according to Directive 19/CT-TTg, Nghe An Department of Transport requires the vehicle operator to equip hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol concentration), disinfectant solution, and covered trash cans on all means of transport. All vehicle drivers, attendants, and passengers on the vehicle are required to wear masks properly throughout the trip. Passengers are required to make mandatory electronic health declarations before boarding the vehicle (only make paper health declarations when electronic declarations are not possible); Check body temperature; Disinfect hands.
Arrange and place passengers to sit apart on the vehicle: 1 seat apart or 1 meter apart.
Limit talking, eating and drinking during the trip, and do not spit indiscriminately.
Encourage natural ventilation in vehicles.
Disinfect vehicle surfaces before and immediately after the trip. Disinfect regularly during the trip depending on the actual situation.
