Death due to going the wrong way
(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:00 p.m. on May 27, on Le Nin Avenue (through Hamlet 12, Nghi Phu, Vinh City), Ms. Le Thi Phuong (born in 1957, residing in Block 12, Ben Thuy Ward) drove a motorbike with license plate number 37L7-3820 carrying her two children Le Minh Nhat (born in 2006) and Phan Quynh Anh (born in 2005) in the opposite direction and collided with a car with license plate number 37A-03978 driven by Mr. Hoang Ba Phuc (born in 1957, working at Motel 382, Cua Lo Town).
Consequences: Mrs. Phuong died, 2 children were injured.
