Death by bomb while farming

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 7, the Border Guard Station at Nam Can International Border Gate (Nghe An Border Guard) said: in the unit's area, a cluster bomb exploded while people were working in the fields, killing one person.

Previously, at 9:00 a.m. on May 6, 2014, in the Noong De village area, Nam Can commune, the area adjacent to Canh village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An, while clearing the fields, Mr. Luong Pho Mun (born in 1942, with permanent residence in Noong De village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district) stumbled upon a cluster bomb. The bomb exploded, killing the victim on the spot. After the incident, Nam Can Border Guard Station coordinated with functional forces and local authorities to go to the scene to deal with the consequences. On May 7, the victim was buried by his family according to local customs.
