After the Command organized the launch of the movement "Young Border Guard follow the footsteps of their fathers and brothers, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers", the Provincial Border Guard Command organized to disseminate the Command's policy to the Party Committees and commanders of the Provincial Border Guard units; developed a plan and program to launch, clearly defined the content, targets and measures to organize the implementation of the movement and organized the Launching Ceremony for the Youth Union members of the Provincial Border Guard.

Within the framework of the conference, the Provincial Border Guard Command launched a program to help children go to school, an activity aimed at replicating the model of helping poor children of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station. At the conference, 50 poor children in the province received meaningful gifts from the Provincial Border Guard Command.
