Nghe An youth turn to flood victims
(Baonghean.vn) - The 'warm fire of love' was lit in units and localities throughout Nghe An province, the first hundreds of pots of banh chung will be delivered to people in the flood-hit areas of the Central region.
With the spirit of solidarity and sharing, the movement towards the flood-affected people in the Central region continues to spread and is enthusiastically responded to by people in localities in Nghe An province.

At the Eastern bus station (Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city), Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association, Young Entrepreneurs Association, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Air Defense Brigade 283, Military Region IV organized the cooking of banh chung to provide for people in flooded areas.

The movement attracted a large number of people from all walks of life, union members, youth, students, officials, civil servants, and businesses to participate.

With material and labor donations, on the first day of implementation at the Eastern wheel cooking site, about 3,000 banh chung were cooked. This work will be maintained until the flood victims stabilize their lives and ensure their own food and essential food sources.

Demonstrating the ethics of "mutual love", "helping each other" and the spirit of volunteerism of the youth, in recent days, the Youth Union and Youth Union at all levels in the province have actively donated and called on social resources to join hands to help people in disaster areas overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives.
