Tuong Duong organizes the 2012 Competition for Excellent Party Cell Secretaries

(Baonghean.vn) -On September 13, Tuong Duong District Party Committee organized the 2012 Competition for Excellent Party Cell Secretaries.

The contest aims to continue affirming the role and importance of Party cells and Party cell secretaries in Party building work in the new situation and the requirements and tasks of each locality and unit. This is an opportunity for each Party cell secretary to exchange and learn experiences in performing their duties and tasks. Through the contest, the superior Party Committee has the opportunity to properly assess the quality of Party cell activities, the ability to handle situations, and the actual capacity of each secretary; thereby having a training plan, contributing to building a clean and strong Party cell, completing assigned tasks and discovering new factors for planning, training, and fostering grassroots cadres.

The contest gathered 24 outstanding candidates selected from the contests held in 4 commune clusters previously. The program of the "Excellent Party Cell Secretary" contest consisted of 3 parts: Essay contest, situation handling and presentation.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes and 5 Consolation prizes.
