Tuong Duong: Organizing a contest for excellent secondary school teachers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 16, the Department of Education and Training of Tuong Duong organized the opening ceremony of the competition for excellent secondary school teachers for the 2014-2016 period.

This year's exam attracted 95 candidates from all schools in the district to participate in 12 subjects. The schools with the largest number of candidates are DTNT Tuong Duong, Nga My Secondary School... The candidates passed the experience initiative exam held in December 2014. This is an important exam of the district's education sector with the purpose of training teachers' professional skills, enhancing their passion and commitment to the education career. Also through this exam, the Department of Education and Training will select typical core members to participate in the provincial-level excellent teacher exam which will be organized by the Department of Education and Training in the near future.

Candidates participating in this year’s exam will have to go through three rounds: the experience initiative test, the theory test, and the practical test. Only those who pass the initiative and theory tests will be able to participate in the practical test. The initiative test took place in December; the theory test was held on the afternoon of January 16; the practical test will be held in 2 weeks.
