Losing her father and mother, the older sister was entering her third year at Hue University of Economics, and the younger brother had just graduated from high school.

That is the case of two sisters Bui Thi Hoa (born in 1993), currently a student of the Faculty of Auditing and Accounting - Hue University of Economics and her younger brother Bui Van Hieu (born in 1995), residing in Hamlet 11, Quynh Tam Commune, Quynh Luu District (Nghe An). Hoa said: "I was studying for the exam when I received news that my mother had a traffic accident, so I took the bus home all night. Now there is no one to take care of me or pay for my studies, I will probably have to quit my job to find a job to support my younger brother."

The traffic accident occurred at 8:30 p.m. on August 10, 2013 at km 15 + 150, National Highway 48, passing through Quynh Chau commune, Quynh Luu district, forever taking away the beloved mother of the two children.

That day, the 7-seat car with license plate 37A 02347 driven by Nguyen Van Xo (born in 1987, residing in Dien Lam commune, Dien Chau district) was traveling from Yen Ly intersection in a wobbly state and then crashed into a mother and daughter of a tire shop owner on the side of the road, causing minor injuries (because they were able to run). After that, the car continued to move at a terrifying speed and "shoved" the woman driving the motorbike with license plate 37P6 1845 onto the roof of the car and continued to "race" for another 500 meters, crashing straight into Mr. Bui Tuan Anh who was driving the motorbike on the side of the road and was seriously injured. Mr. Tuan Anh also did not expect that the person who died on the hood of the car before the car crashed into him was his uncle's sister-in-law, Ms. Bui Thi Mai (born in 1973), mother of Hoa and Hieu.
