Foreign QS attaché admires Vietnam's shipbuilding speed

During the visit to Vietnam of the Foreign Military Attaché Delegation in September 2012, the Delegation visited the Vietnam People's Navy Command and Shipbuilding Company 189 (General Department of Defense Industry).Foreign military attaches were surprised and admired by Vietnam's shipbuilding speed.
