Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Art Council chaired the meeting.

The memorial is one of the items in the Truong Bon Historical Relics Conservation and Restoration Project, invested by Nghe An Department of Transport. This is a project with profound cultural and social significance, educating the nation's historical traditions for future generations. After a period of launching the creation, the Art Council of the Truong Bon Historical Relics Conservation and Restoration Project has selected 9 sketches. After discussion and voting, the Council decided to select 4 out of 9 samples to enter the second round.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong highly appreciated the authors' dedication in creating these sketches and suggested accepting the comments of the art council, continuing to supplement and perfect them to present in the next Art Council meetings.
