Commendation of typical advanced models in the CSKV force, police movement building

(Baonghean.vn) - 8 collectives and 15 individuals were honored at the Conference of advanced models in the regional police force (CSKV), the police building movement and in charge of commune security and order in the period 2005 - 2015, held on the morning of September 10.

Nghe An is a province with a large area and a large population, identified as one of 18 key areas with complex security and order issues. Therefore, the role of the CSKV force, the police in building movements and the commune in charge of security and order is highly appreciated. Up to now, the CSKV force in the whole province has 159 comrades, the police in building movements and the commune in charge of security and order has 269 comrades. In recent years, the team has been continuously supplemented, the quality has been increasingly improved, meeting the requirements of the assigned tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed the important role and position of the CSKV force, the police building the movement and the commune in charge of security and order in crime prevention and ensuring order and security in the whole province.

Contributing to the conference, representatives of district, city and town police units presented reports, focusing on discussing experiences and solutions in management, propaganda, grasping and handling the situation in special areas.

Based on the management area, the CSKV force has done a good job of grasping the situation, collecting 31,760 sources of information, of which 1,674 were related to the political security situation, 30,086 were related to social order and safety to serve the fight against and prevent crime. At the same time, it has promptly grasped, exchanged information and coordinated to advise on the resolution of 864 cases and matters related to land conflicts and disputes; 41 cases and matters related to policies and regimes; 32 cases and matters related to religion; 4 cases and matters related to corruption and 353 other cases and matters.

Regarding the management of residence, the CSKV force is managing 97,985 households with 400,299 people in the province; inspecting, detecting and handling violations of households and collective housing related to residence. On the other hand, regularly monitoring, collecting, verifying and accumulating documents on management subjects according to the law and professional requirements of the Public Security sector, effectively serving the work of preventing, deterring and fighting all types of crimes in the area.

Lieutenant Colonel Lang Van Phu, Quy Chau District Police, contributed a speech on propaganda and mobilization work, promoting the role of prestigious people among ethnic minorities in participating in crime prevention and control, ensuring social order and safety.

Over the past 10 years, the police force has built movements and been in charge of communes in terms of security and order, and has built 361 models of mass movements to protect national security and order in 448 communes and towns with diverse contents and forms, typically "Exemplary families in security and order" in Hung Xa (Hung Nguyen), "Hamlet without drugs and social responsibility" in Quynh Minh (Quynh Luu), "Peaceful parish" in Nghia Hoan (Tan Ky) ...

In addition to the achievements, the CSKV and police forces in charge of building movements and commune security and order still face many difficulties in their operations: the force is still short of 298 comrades compared to practical requirements; a number of young cadres still lack experience; in large areas and complex mountainous areas, the work of grasping and handling the situation is still slow... However, overcoming difficulties, many collectives and individuals have risen up to excellently complete their tasks, creating trust for the local government and people.
