University Admissions 2015: Adjusting the way to register for the first choice

Candidates can directly withdraw their application at the school, go to the local Department of Education and Training or go to high schools to submit their application to request adjustment of their admission application.

On August 11, the Ministry of Education and Training sent an official dispatch to universities, academies, and Departments of Education and Training regarding support for candidates to change their admission registration wishes to universities and colleges.

The Ministry of Education and Training stated: In order to create favorable conditions for candidates, especially candidates in remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas, to change their admission wishes, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training coordinate with universities and colleges: Continue to allow candidates to register for admission and change their admission wishes according to the regulations of the Regulations on regular university and college admission; create conditions for candidates to change their admission wishes with the coordination of the Departments of Education and Training.

Many candidates change their wishes in the last days of the admission period.

The Ministry's procedure is as follows:

a) Candidates who wish to withdraw their application and apply to another school: Directly withdraw their application at the school (according to current regulations) or can go to the local Department of Education and Training or to high schools designated by the Department of Education and Training to submit an application to adjust their application.

The application includes: Application for change of registration wishes, Receipt of application from the old school or Notice of delivery of registration application from the post office.

b) Department of Education and Training:

- By the end of August 20, the organization will receive candidates' application files for changing their admission wishes; update the admission management software with information about candidates' changes in their wishes; and send it to the Ministry via email.[email protected]List of candidates requesting to withdraw their application (according to form 2).

- Keep the Application for Change of Registration Wishes, Receipt of Application from the old school or Delivery Notice from the Post Office until the end of December 2015.

c) Universities and colleges regularly update information on adjusted admission wishes transferred by the Department of Education and Training to the Ministry's enrollment management software system and:

- Receive the list of candidates requesting to withdraw their application and update it into the Ministry's enrollment management software to remove candidates from the school's enrollment list; keep the exam result certificates of these candidates;

- Enter candidate information into your school's registration data.

The Ministry of Education and Training also requires the Departments of Education and Training, Universities and Colleges to overcome difficulties, create the most favorable conditions for students and seriously implement the content of this document.
