(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 24, more than 32,800 Nghe An candidates at 69 examination councils completed the Math exam - the final exam in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2014-2015 school year.

According to our observations at some testing sites in Vinh city, very few candidates finished the test early. Many candidates said that this year's Math test followed the curriculum, was a review and had a high classification. Therefore, getting a perfect score is very difficult if the student only has average academic ability.

Also according to a quick report from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2014-2015 school year in the province took place normally, safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations and without any major abnormalities. At the end of the last exam, 77 candidates were absent; 3 candidates violated the exam regulations (including 2 candidates who brought cell phones into the exam room at the exam councils of Le Viet Thuat High School and Nam Dan I High School, 1 candidate who brought documents into the exam room at Nam Dan I High School). In addition, 2 candidates arrived late compared to the exam time at the exam councils of Dien Chau 5 High School and Co Do High School.

From June 26, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training will begin grading the exams and is expected to announce the exam results from July 5 to 10. Candidates who registered for Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted will take the specialized exam on June 26. The remaining three subjects, Math, Literature and Foreign Language, will be based on the results of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2014-2015 school year.
