(Baonghean.vn) - On August 20 and 21, 2014, the Women's Union of the Force Building Block and the Youth Union of the Political Affairs Department of Nghe An Provincial Police offered incense and flowers at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs Cemetery, promoted the prevention of trafficking of women and children, and gave meaningful gifts to students and poor households in Tam Bong village, Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district.

At the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation offered incense and flowers to respectfully bow to the martyrs who died for the Fatherland, vowing to continue the heroic tradition of their fathers and brothers in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Next, the delegation continued to Tam Bong village, Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district to propagate the prevention of trafficking of women and children to the villagers. The propaganda content focused on human trafficking, forms and tricks, causes and consequences of human trafficking; the current situation of human trafficking and some solutions... Through the propaganda session, it is aimed to further promote the propaganda of the Law on Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking, mobilizing the masses to boldly denounce crimes. Thereby raising vigilance to prevent and actively fight against all types of crimes related to human trafficking to maintain security, order and social safety in the area.

Here, the delegation presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, along with some books and school supplies to poor students who have overcome difficulties to help them go to school, and gave more than 100 sets of old clothes to some families in difficult circumstances in Tam Bong village.
