Propaganda on Covid-19 prevention and control in the new phase

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested localities and units to continue to effectively implement the Central and provincial directives and guidelines on epidemic prevention and control. In particular, Directive No. 07-CT/TU, dated August 7, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening leadership and direction of Covid-19 prevention and control in the province in the new situation; Plan No. 22-KH/BTGTU, dated August 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on strengthening information and propaganda work on Covid-19 prevention and control and the Covid-19 vaccination campaign in Nghe An province.

The Propaganda Team under the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control closely coordinates with the Working Group of the Provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Command Center to update policies, solutions, and urgent plans for epidemic prevention and control in response to newly arising situations, promptly informing, propagating, and implementing synchronously, quickly, and effectively throughout the province.

Party committees and authorities at all levels mobilize the entire political system to propagate and seriously, promptly and scientifically deploy epidemic prevention and control measures so that people can implement and sustainably maintain the new normal state, absolutely not allowing negligence and subjectivity to occur.

In particular, focusing on propaganda so that all people strictly comply with the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control plans, especially propaganda to ensure the highest level of epidemic prevention and control safety in the organization of teaching and learning of the Education sector; plans to organize labor, production, traffic and travel activities, implement plans and solutions to ensure safe distancing at markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, food services, entertainment, recreation, public areas; organization of production, business and consumption activities, implementation of production and supply chains of goods and products between districts, cities and towns in the whole province, ensuring smooth circulation of goods, stable prices, avoiding difficulties, traffic congestion and supply chain disruptions...

Propagating and promoting the role of community Covid-19 teams, self-management teams, inter-family teams, Zalo and Messenger groups... to monitor, control and strictly manage areas and subjects at risk of outbreaks of infection in the community, building each ward, commune and town into a fortress for epidemic prevention and control, maintaining the spread of green areas and safe areas to ensure production, business and social security activities.

Promote the role of the staff working in propaganda, communication, and unions to regularly organize propaganda activities in many diverse and rich forms through reporters, propagandists, conferences, thematic activities... using and promoting propaganda means such as: internal notices, electronic information portals, grassroots loudspeakers, social networks... so that all people can regularly access information sources as soon as possible and effectively implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Fatherland Front Committee and provincial-level organizations to closely coordinate in propaganda work, provide information regularly and promptly, and implement vertically. Mobilize cadres, union members, association members, and people of all walks of life to strictly comply with regulations, unite and reach consensus in implementing plans and solutions to respond to the epidemic; volunteer to take the lead in building good and effective movements and models in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, associated with maintaining production and business activities at the grassroots level, helping families in difficult circumstances, and effectively supporting the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the whole province...

Through the implementation of epidemic prevention and control in recent times, localities and units have paid attention to reviewing and evaluating the work of preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic to promptly draw experience, overcome difficulties and limitations, and at the same time commend and encourage typical and advanced collectives and individuals.

Media agencies regularly propagate and replicate good practices, effective and typical models to popularize and replicate throughout the province, along with reflecting the difficulties, obstacles, legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people so that Party committees and authorities at all levels can direct and resolve them to implement them in a unified, synchronous and effective manner, contributing to maintaining the new normal state, spreading "green zones", and eliminating "red zones".
