Hoang Mai Town: Summarizing 30 years of innovation in building the ruling Party

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 16, the Standing Committee of Hoang Mai City Party Committee held a conference to summarize 30 years of innovation "On building the ruling Party, innovating the content and methods of Party leadership".

To prepare for the conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued directive documents; established 4 delegations to conduct field surveys at 14 grassroots Party Committees and Party cells; directed the grassroots Party Committees and Party cells to conduct a summary and report to the City Party Committee Steering Committee on the summary of 30 years of building the ruling party.

At the conference, delegates frankly and boldly presented the achievements, affirmed the position and role of the Communist Party of Vietnam, pointed out the limitations and weaknesses in both theory and practice; the causes and proposed solutions, conditions and methods to ensure the Party's leadership; the practice of Party building in terms of politics, ideology, organization, ethics and lifestyle among cadres and Party members in the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee and the grassroots over 30 years of renovation. Practice shows that any Party Committee that has a correct understanding of the ruling Party, cares about Party building work and determines appropriate leadership content and methods will perform well its responsibility of governing and the Party's leadership role.

Also at the Conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee summarized 10 years of implementing Directive 22 CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening leadership in the fight against gambling and deploying the implementation of Decision No. 217-QD/TW of the Politburo (11th tenure) on "Regulations on supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations"; Decision 218-QD/TW of the Politburo "Regulations on the participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in giving opinions on Party building and government building".
