Hoang Mai Town: Implementing Vietnam Law Day
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of November 6, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town organized the implementation of the Law Day. Attending were leaders of the People's Committee of the town, heads of departments, leaders of the police and the secretary of the town's Youth Union, chairmen and judicial officers of wards and communes.
Based on the propaganda theme of this year's Law Day, "All people build, implement and protect the Constitution for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization", the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Town requests agencies, units, schools, wards and communes to propagate and disseminate the purpose and meaning of the Law Day. Disseminate and educate widely about the position and role of the Constitution and laws in state management and social life; new legal documents, focusing on documents directly related to the rights, interests and obligations of individuals and organizations in civil and economic life, including decrees on administrative sanctions for violations in the economic, cultural and social fields that have just been issued by the Government.
In particular, delegates were also informed about laws and law enforcement in areas of public concern such as: seas and islands, protection of national sovereignty, anti-corruption, traffic safety, food safety and hygiene, settlement of land disputes, settlement of complaints and denunciations; assessment of the work of law-making, dissemination of legal education and law enforcement in 2013 of units and localities, thereby proposing solutions to raise awareness, enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of the Constitution and laws; commend and reward exemplary collectives and individuals, good people, good deeds, typical examples in law-making, law enforcement, dissemination and education.
