Hoang Mai Town: Honoring Vietnamese Heroic Mothers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 5, Hoang Mai Town held a ceremony to posthumously award the honorary state title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" by the President to 24 heroic Vietnamese mothers in the town.

Leaders of Hoang Mai Town awarded the Decision to posthumously award the title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother to the mothers' relatives.

In this period, Hoang Mai Town has 24 mothers posthumously awarded the honorary title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother. Thus, up to now, the whole Town has 51 mothers who have been awarded and posthumously awarded the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother by the President.

The awarding of the title “Heroic Vietnamese Mother” demonstrates the Party’s will, the people’s heart, the traditional morality of “remembering the source of water when drinking water” of the nation, is the honor and recognition of the Fatherland and the people for the immense merits and the great sacrifices and losses of mothers. Respectfully honoring and honoring those who have devoted and sacrificed for the Fatherland is the consistent viewpoint of our Party and State, demonstrated by specific policies, including the respectful conferment and posthumous award of the noble title “Heroic Vietnamese Mother” to mothers who have devoted their most beloved children to the Fatherland and to recognize and honor the great merits of mothers contributing to the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland. Thereby educating and motivating all classes of people to continue to preserve and promote the tradition of patriotism, national pride, strive to compete in labor and study, in order to build the homeland and the country.
