After two big wins of 4-0 and 14-0 against UAE and Bahrain, the Vietnam U16 women's team confidently entered the match against Lebanon in the first qualifying round of the 2019 AFC U16 Women's Championship Group F. After only 20 minutes of play, the young Vietnamese girls opened the scoring. In the following minutes, coach Nguyen Thi Mai Lan's students scored 6 goals in a row to end with a 7-0 victory.
Winning the third consecutive victory, U16 Vietnam has 9 absolute points with a goal difference of +25, thereby surpassing Bangladesh, the team that plays late against UAE this afternoon, to take the top position in Group F.
