U17 HAGL Arsenal JMG lost regrettably.

Excited after impressive victories in the group stage, U17 HAGL Arsenal JMG confidently entered the quarter-final match against Miura Gakuen School, determined to win and advance to the semi-finals.

That confidence helped the Vietnamese team have a balanced match against their opponents in the first 20 minutes of the first half. However, when Dong Trieu had to leave the field to seek medical attention, the Miura Gakuen players took advantage of their advantage to score two consecutive goals in just four minutes.

Unexpectedly conceding two consecutive goals, U17 HAGL Arsenal JMG gradually regained their composure and scored an equalizer from striker Cong Phuong, right before the end of the first half.

In the second half, HAGL Arsenal JMG continued to push up their formation to find an equalizer. After unsuccessful efforts, U17 HAGL Arsenal JMG also leveled the score 2-2, with a goal from midfielder Vu Van Thanh.

In the remaining minutes of the match, both teams tried their best, especially Miura Gakuen, but the score of 2-2 remained. This result forced the two teams to enter a penalty shootout to determine the winner.

In the penalty shootout, Miura Gakuen School performed more accurately and won 4-3, thereby earning a ticket to the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, after losing to Miura Gakuen School, HAGL Arsenal JMG will enter the next match against Hosho High School, to win the right to play in the fifth place match of Sanix Cup 2013./.
