Vietnam U19 women's team won the Southeast Asian runner-up title
Losing 3-5 on penalties to Thailand, Vietnam's U19 women's team had to accept second place in the 2014 Southeast Asian U19 Women's Championship.
Having lost 1-2 to the host team Thailand in the qualifying round, the Vietnamese team started the game slowly and played solidly. Meanwhile, although the home team dominated the game, they did not take too much risk in pressing in the first minutes.
