U23 Vietnam donates 700 million VND in bonus to charity
Coach Park Hang-seo and his students have decided to use part of their bonus to help people in difficult circumstances in the new year 2018.
Not counting the material rewards, Mr. Le Hoai Anh shared that VFF has only received more than 15 billion VND out of the total of more than 37 billion VND that businesses promised to give as rewards.
In recent days, the leaders of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) are trying as quickly as possible to "disburse" more than 15 billion VND, so that the coaching staff can distribute bonuses to the entire team before the Lunar New Year holiday.
During an internal meeting to evaluate the A, B, C, D rankings for the entire team, coach Park Hang-seo suggested that U23 Vietnam would donate a portion of the bonus to charity.
The Korean coach's idea was unanimously supported by the entire team. Afterwards, the U23 Vietnam team agreed to donate 700 million VND so that after the Lunar New Year holiday, the team would use that money to participate in charity activities.
The specific plan will be approved and agreed upon by VFF after the bonus money is disbursed. Up to now, each U23 player has only received an advance payment of more than 10 million VND in cash from VFF.

The amount of 700 million VND is not too large, but it shows the affection of the U23 Vietnam team as well as the desire to share difficulties with people in difficult circumstances across the country.
Currently, the evaluation of the players' rankings has been completed by the head of the delegation, Duong Vu Lam, coach Park Hang-seo and captain Luong Xuan Truong. VFF will use the rankings to "disburse" more than 15 billion VND received to the U23 Vietnam players before Tet. Most likely, the whole team will choose to receive money through accounts, not in cash like the first round.
According to the plan, Coach Park Hang-seo will return to Korea to rest tomorrow (February 8). After that, he is scheduled to meet with students of Hankuk University, Seoul on February 11.
Vietnam U23 players will receive bonuses corresponding to their ranking and level of contribution to the team at the 2018 U23 Asian Cup. Specifically: type A (main players, head coaches), type B (regular reserve players, assistant coaches), C (reserve players) and type D (doctors, team staff, etc.).
