However, recently, sand trucks and overloaded trucks have been running continuously day and night, causing this newly built road to crack and sink into ditches. Currently, the overloaded vehicle situation continues. Relevant authorities are requested to inspect and handle this matter.

Through the inspection results, the road section from Trang Son commune to Qua Son temple is under construction, some sections are not finished, sand trucks and overloaded cargo trucks travel a lot, causing the newly built road to have many sunken, cracked and broken sections; the road section from Qua Son temple to Lam Son commune People's Committee has not been upgraded, sand trucks and overloaded cargo trucks travel a lot, causing many sections to be seriously damaged.

In the past time, the District People's Committee has issued many official dispatches directing departments, branches and local People's Committees to handle sand trucks and overloaded cargo trucks, mobilizing traffic police forces to participate in patrolling, controlling and handling vehicles violating overloaded and oversized cargo. As a result, from November 16, 2014 to present, on the Ngoc - Lam - Boi route, the traffic police force has organized 43 shifts, 115 officers and soldiers participated, recorded 216 cases, of which 28 cases were due to overloaded and oversized cargo trucks.

To ensure traffic order and safety in the coming time, the District People's Committee will continue to direct the People's Committees of Boi Son, Lam Son, Ngoc Son communes and related departments and agencies to strengthen inspection of sand trucks and cargo trucks traveling on the Ngoc - Lam - Boi route. Strictly handle cases of overloaded sand trucks and cargo trucks.
