(Baonghean) -Nghe An Newspaper No. 9589 published on October 9, 2013, in the Hotline Information section, posted the following information: "People in Hamlet 5, Xuan Hoa Commune (Nam Dan) reported: Xuan Hoa Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company (Nam Dan) has been dumping coal in front of the gate of this unit, encroaching deep into the corridor of National Highway 46 for more than a year now and is expanding, causing traffic insecurity and environmental pollution."

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3313/STNMT-BVMT dated October 14, 2013 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the inspection and handling of the issue raised by the newspaper, on October 22, 2013, the People's Committee of Nam Dan district issued Official Dispatch No. 1625/UBND-TNMT on the inspection and handling of the issue raised by the newspaper with the following content: The People's Committee of Nam Dan district has directed relevant departments to inspect and handle the issue. Through inspection, it was found that Xuan Hoa Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company previously gathered coal in front of the unit's gate.on the land of the National Highway 46 traffic corridor, causing loss of aesthetics and environmental pollution. However, the Company only temporarily gathered coal. After receiving instructions and reminders from the commune and district authorities, the Company organized the cleanup, restored the environmental landscape and ensured the traffic corridor. Recently and currently, there is no longer a situation of dumping coal in front of the gate of Xuan Hoa Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company on the land of the traffic corridor, causing environmental pollution.

The District People's Committee has also directed relevant departments to regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of environmental protection and ensure traffic corridors for Xuan Hoa Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company.
