1. Cho An Bridge in Ma Thanh Commune across Vach Bac Canal was built in 1972, is an important traffic hub of the communes in the northern part of the district with National Highway 1A. Due to the long time of exploitation combined with the large traffic volume, the bridge is now seriously degraded. Therefore, the people's reflection to Nghe An Newspaper is true to reality.

2. State management solutions to ensure traffic safety for Cho An bridge:

- In response to the current situation of the bridge's operating time, in 2012 the District People's Committee ordered the construction of load limit signs at both ends of the bridge. However, recently, the high traffic volume has caused the bridge to seriously deteriorate. The District People's Committee has directed the Ma Thanh Commune People's Committee to change the load limit sign from 10 tons to 5 tons and add two "weak bridge" signs at both ends of Cho An bridge.

- To ensure traffic safety, the District People's Committee has issued an Official Dispatch directing the People's Committee of Ma Thanh commune to arrange guards at weak bridges.

- Regarding long-term solutions: The District People's Committee has repeatedly proposed to competent authorities to invest in building bridges and has received the attention of the Nghe An Department of Transport to submit to the Ministry of Transport the project "Building a people's bridge to ensure traffic safety".

Above is the content of the response to Nghe An Newspaper in issue 10173 dated February 4, 2015. The District People's Committee thanks the newspaper and the people for their attention and timely feedback.
