Vinh City People's Committee directs to resolve citizens' complaints

(Baonghean) -Vinh City People's Committee received Official Dispatch No. 382 PC.BD/BNA dated August 6, 2013 transferring the petition of Mr. Nguyen Sy Luc - residing in Trung Dong block, Hung Dung ward with the following content:

In 2013, his daughter, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, arbitrarily made a land use right certificate under the name of the land user, Mr. Nguyen Van Luc, for land plot No. 19, map sheet No. 5, Trung Dong block, Hung Dung ward, to mortgage to Mr. Nguyen Van Hue and Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Duong. In May 2013, Mr. Hue and Ms. Duong completed procedures to transfer the land use right of Mr. Nguyen Van Luc to Mr. Hue and Ms. Duong without his consent. Therefore, he requested that the authorities at all levels take measures to prevent Mr. Hue and Ms. Duong from completing procedures to transfer the land plot to any individual or organization other than Mr. Luc.

After consideration, on August 13, 2013, Vinh City People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3546/UBND-TTr assigning the Land Use Rights Registration Office and Hung Dung Ward People's Committee to resolve Mr. Nguyen Van Luc's petition in accordance with the provisions of law.
