Provincial People's Committee gives opinions on plan to build Temple to worship relatives of President Ho Chi Minh
(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, February 13, in Vinh City, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a meeting to listen to and give opinions to unify the planning and architectural design for the construction of the Temple to worship the parents and relatives of President Ho Chi Minh.DComrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Also attending were members of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Xuan Duong, Thai Van Hang.

Previously, on March 8, 2010, the Secretariat issued Notice No. 311 on the construction of a temple to honor President Ho Chi Minh's parents, stating that it agreed to the policy of building a temple to honor Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac, Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan and Uncle Ho's siblings at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.

After listening to the opinions, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded: This is a spiritual and cultural project with profound political and cultural significance, so it must be carried out very carefully and thoughtfully. In the near future, the Provincial People's Committee will submit two plans (one at Chung Mountain and one at Dai Hue Mountain) for approval by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Central Party Secretariat. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will be assigned to develop a planning plan at the two locations of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan's tomb and at Chung Mountain, no later than February 22, 2012, and send it to the Provincial People's Committee. The Provincial People's Committee will publicize the plan before approval. The capital source will come from the State budget and mobilize contributions from the people and businesses.
