In 2012, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Departments, branches, and District People's Committees to implement many policies and measures to resolve the regime for workers; provide financial support for the Provincial Federation of Labor to effectively implement a number of activities during "Workers' Month", give gifts to workers and laborers on holidays... In order for the coordination between the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation to achieve better results in 2013, at the working session, representatives of departments, branches, social insurance and the Provincial Labor Federation participated in the discussion with many quality opinions; The Provincial Labor Federation has a number of recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee such as: Supporting funding for visiting and giving gifts to employees during holidays and Tet. Through the discussion content and on the basis of the results achieved in 2012, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Federation of Labor agreed on the coordination program for 2013 focusing on the following contents: Coordinate to effectively implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State. Continue to participate in developing policies related to employees and regularly coordinate to organize inspection and supervision of the implementation of legal policies; Unify the information reporting regime, working relations; Coordinate to direct all levels and branches to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations, emulation movements, and assigned projects in the Provincial Party Committee's action program on implementing Resolution 6 of the 10th Party Central Committee on "Continuing to build the Vietnamese working class in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country"...
