Nghe An Provincial People's Committee worked with the delegation of Jica - Japan Organization
On December 15, a working delegation of Jica-Japan led by Mr. Yamamoto - Senior Expert of Jica-Japan in Vietnam had a working session with the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the project to upgrade and build the Northern Nghe An irrigation system. On the side of Nghe An province, Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation.
(Baonghean) –On December 15, a working delegation of Jica-Japan led by Mr. Yamamoto - Senior Expert of Jica-Japan in Vietnam had a working session with the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the project to upgrade and build the Northern Nghe An irrigation system. On the side of Nghe An province, Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation.
The purpose of this Jica working trip to Nghe An is to survey and complete the project to upgrade and restore the Northern irrigation system. From there, the Jica working group will report to the Japanese Government on the practicality and importance of the project to restore and upgrade the Northern Nghe An irrigation system. At the meeting, comrade Dinh Viet Hong outlined some features of the Northern Nghe An irrigation project as well as the current state of degradation of the project after a long time of use and exploitation. The repair and upgrade of the project is of great significance in serving the production and life of the people in the Northern Nghe An region as well as in preventing climate change.
After this working trip, the delegation will complete the survey report and finalize the project to submit to the Japanese Government for approval, as a basis for capital support to quickly implement the project.
After the working session with provincial leaders, tomorrow - December 16, the Jica delegation will conduct a field survey at the project./.
