Nghe An Provincial People's Committee works with the Korean Ambassadorial Delegation
(Baonghean) - TIn the meeting - discussion program "Nghe An integration and development", this morning, September 10, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Korean Ambassadorial Delegation led by Mr. Oh Nak Young - Deputy Head of the Korean Embassy in Vietnam.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Foreign Affairs, Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College and Nam Dan district.
Up to now, in Nghe An province, there are 5 projects of Korean investors that have been and are being implemented: Project to upgrade and build Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College, total investment of 67,677 million VND, of which non-refundable ODA capital of the Korean Government is 36,800 million VND; Banana planting and export project of Globe Farm Vietnam Co., Ltd. with a scale of 200 hectares, implemented in Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, total investment of 3 million USD. Project to build Haivina Kim Lien Garment Factory in Nam Giang Industrial Cluster, Nam Dan district, with a total investment of 5 million USD. Project to invest in leather and textile products production in Lac Son - Do Luong Industrial Cluster of KIDO Industrial Co., Ltd. (Korea), 226.2 billion VND and project to invest in Garment Factory by Seoha - Korea Investor in Dien Chau, expected total investment of 7 million USD. To date, all projects have been implemented on schedule.

At the meeting, the Deputy Ambassador of Korea to Vietnam highly appreciated Nghe An province's attention and favorable conditions for Korean enterprises investing in the area. In the coming time, Korean enterprises will continue to pay attention and learn to invest in Nghe An in the fields of paper production, stone mining, and agricultural processing.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien sincerely thanked the Korean Embassy delegation for attending the meeting-talk show "Nghe An integration and development". He affirmed that the friendly cooperation relationship between Nghe An province and Korea and Korean enterprises with the province has developed very well. The initial cooperation results have contributed to the overall development of the province. He hopes that in the coming time, the friendly cooperation relationship between Nghe An and Korea will become more and more effective. Nghe An hopes that the Korean Government will continue to invest ODA capital to help the province build infrastructure and develop industries, build new rural areas, in which the important role is the Embassy - a bridge for Korean enterprises to invest effectively in Nghe An, helping the province exploit and promote effectively the potential and advantages of the locality.
