In Nghe An, the provincial Social Insurance and the provincial Post Office have agreed to deploy pension and social insurance allowance payment services in the three districts of Anh Son, Ky Son, and Quy Chau from May 1, 2012, with the second phase being a pilot implementation in Cua Lo Town and Nghi Loc District from October 1, 2012. According to the assessment, during the payment process, post office staff strictly implemented the management regulations and payment procedures prescribed by the Social Insurance. The monthly payment rate is high, and the safety of money from the stage of receiving, protecting the safe, transporting money on the road as well as paying to the subjects at the payment point is all guaranteed.

Regarding the pilot implementation, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong highly appreciated the coordination between the provincial Social Insurance and the provincial Post Office during the implementation process. In particular, the staff of the provincial Post Office performed their duties correctly, paying on time and safely. Regarding the development orientation, the provincial Post Office needs to coordinate with a number of other agencies to expand and deploy a variety of services, contributing to the construction of new rural areas in Nghe An. He also highly appreciated the role of the Post Office in distributing Party newspapers, as well as deploying a number of other services through the postal system.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, reported some basic situations of the Corporation after the separation. At the same time, he thanked Nghe An province for creating favorable conditions for the pilot implementation of payment work; hoped that Nghe An province would continue to create conditions and support for the development of the province's postal sector after the separation, especially the construction and development of the cultural postal system in the new rural construction.
Previously, Vietnam Post Corporation and the delegation of reporters worked with Nghe An Social Insurance. According to the plan, the delegation will also work at the payment and service points of Nghe An Post Office in the districts./.
