The Draft Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on the direction and tasks for the development of Nam Dan district until 2025, with a view to 2030, identifies promoting the advantages of President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, creatively applying and implementing the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, building Nam Dan into a model new rural district and a national tourism center by 2025.

To achieve the goal of building Nam Dan district to develop comprehensively, strongly, with high and sustainable economic growth, the Provincial People's Committee proposed that the Provincial People's Council issue a number of policies and mechanisms so that the district has sufficient legal conditions to invest in infrastructure to serve the socio-economic development of Nam Dan district.

Accordingly, the draft proposal of the Provincial People's Committee proposes to retain 100% of the land use rights fees collected in the district to build essential infrastructure works, of which the district enjoys 60% and the commune enjoys 40%. Annually, 50% of the excess revenue from the provincial budget received by enterprises in the area is allocated for the district to build a model new rural district; support medium-term capital for the period 2019 - 2020 and the period 2021 - 2025 in addition to the norm according to Decision No. 63 dated October 31, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee with a coefficient from 1 to 1.5 times compared to the norm in 2017.

In addition, investment support from the provincial budget outside the above mechanism for programs and fields: Rural agriculture, health, culture, education and training, transportation; industry, small-scale industry, trade, etc.

After listening to the opinions of the departments and branches, concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that investing resources for Nam Dan is necessary. However, the plan needs to allocate specific time resources, have clear assessment, where the capital will come from... Nam Dan district is requested to receive the opinions of the departments and branches to supplement and complete the draft, and submit it to the competent authority for approval.
