In order to express the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed on the Truong Bon front line 44 years ago, the People's Committee of Nghe An province will organize commemorative activities, in which the main activities will focus on October 27, 2012, such as offering incense and flowers at the Truong Bon historical relic site; starting the construction of the Temple of heroic martyrs at the Truong Bon historical relic site; upgrading and expanding Highway 15A from Nam Dan to Truong Bon... In particular, the art program "Truong Bon Legend" will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV1) at 8:00 p.m. on October 27, 2012. The program is jointly organized by the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Ministry of Transport, Vietnam Television, and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman emphasized: For the program to be successful, it is recommended that relevant departments and branches actively coordinate to carry out the assigned tasks. Especially, the central and local press agencies need to focus on promoting this activity. Agree on the location for the groundbreaking ceremony of two projects in Truong Bon, and the art program at the Provincial Labor Culture House. Assign the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the event organizer to select singers, actors, and songs suitable for Nghe An homeland and the tradition of Truong Bon Youth Volunteers; Vietnam Television - one of the four organizing units responsible for reviewing the final script.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee will also announce the results of the campaign to support Truong Bon Historical Relic Site in the past time and call on organizations and individuals inside and outside the province to continue supporting the construction of Truong Bon Historical Relic Site to soon complete the main component projects in 2013 - on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the sacrifice of 13 Youth Volunteers in Truong Bon./.
