Provincial People's Committee received a high-ranking delegation of Xieng Khouang province

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 13, comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting and worked with the delegation of Xieng Khouang province (Laos) led by comrade Bua Son Sy Nam Thong - Deputy Secretary, Deputy Governor.

At the reception, comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh expressed her joy to welcome the delegation of Xieng Khouang province during their visit and work in Nghe An province.

Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented a gift to Comrade Bua Son Sy Nam Thong - Deputy Secretary, Deputy Governor of Xieng Khouang province.

This is a working trip to implement some cooperation contents in the memorandum of understanding between Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces signed on July 2, 2015 in Vinh city, Nghe An.

Accordingly, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Thi Le Thanh assigned the leaders of Nghe An Department of Health to make a specific plan to work with the delegation in detail, on the signed medical fields.

At the meeting, the delegation of Xieng Khouang province hoped that in the coming time, Nghe An would create conditions for 12 Vietnamese teachers in Nghe An to work in Xieng Khouang, and at the same time create conditions to promote investment in the construction of a 150-bed General Friendship Hospital in Xieng Khouang.

Also at the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue implementing cooperation commitments in the cultural and social fields as signed in the memorandum of understanding./.
