Teacher Chu Thi Thai Ha has a very difficult family situation. She, her husband and her eldest son all have cancer, her second son has a heart condition and cannot do heavy work, and her two daughters-in-law do not have stable jobs. Due to difficult circumstances, her family does not have money for medical treatment.

Faced with that situation, the city's Department of Education and Training mobilized officials, teachers, and students in the entire industry to donate nearly 172 million VND to help Ms. Ha's family.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Sinh - Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee presented her with the above amount of money and encouraged her and her family to overcome the difficult situation and try to cure the disease.
