(Baonghean) -Nghe An Newspaper, issue 28 June 2014, posted on the hotline: “Some residents of Trung Son commune, Do Luong district reported: Recently, some residents living next to National Highway 46 have brazenly used the road surface to gather construction materials (sand, gravel, bricks, tiles) and wood for some sawmills, causing traffic obstruction for people and vehicles. Some traffic accidents have occurred on this road section. We request that local authorities and relevant agencies promptly inspect and take timely preventive measures.”

On June 30, 2014, the People's Committee of Trung Son commune held a meeting and assigned the Traffic Safety Committee of the commune to inspect the entire National Highway 46 in Trung Son commune. On June 30, 2014, the People's Committee of Trung Son commune issued Official Dispatch No. 09/UBND in response to the newspaper's issue stating the following content:

- The traffic safety corridor on National Highway 46 in Trung Son commune is basically clear and airy. However, there are still a few households using the sidewalk (2-3m from the asphalt edge of the road) to gather construction materials (sand, gravel, bricks, tiles) and wood, causing traffic obstruction as reported by Nghe An Newspaper. Specifically:

1. Mr. Phan Ba ​​Man's household, hamlet 6, Trung Son commune, gathered wood for the sawmill.

2. Mr. Nguyen Van Long's household, hamlet 5, Trung Son commune, gathers construction materials.

3. His household: Nguyen Huu Mui, hamlet 4, Trung Son commune, collects bricks and tiles.

The Commune People's Committee has drawn up a record and assigned responsibility to households to clear the land and return the traffic safety corridor according to regulations.
