Ukraine needs $1 trillion for reconstruction, Russia warns against using Western satellites
Ukraine needs more than $1 trillion to rebuild after the conflict. Russia warns that Western satellites are legitimate targets if Kiev uses them.
According to TASS, on November 29 (local time), Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kiev needs more than 1,000 billion USD to rebuild and overcome the consequences of the conflict.
"We have called on dozens of countries and partners to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine. It is estimated that the cost of this process could reach more than 1,000 billion USD, 5 times Ukraine's annual GDP," Mr. Zelensky said.

To encourage investors to participate in the reconstruction plan, the government will provide them with "protection mechanisms" in certain regions and cities, President Zelensky said.
According to Mr. Zelensky, a number of countries such as France, Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, the United States, Japan and Australia have expressed interest in the plan to rebuild Ukraine after the conflict.
Russia warns of consequences if Ukraine uses Western satellites
According to RIA, on November 30, Mr. Vladimir Yermakov, Head of the Department of Arms Control and Non-Proliferation of the Russian Foreign Ministry, declared that Western satellites would be legitimate targets of the Russian military if Ukraine used them.

"Western satellites are designed for civilian purposes, if used in operations against the Russian military they are legitimate targets of attack," Mr. Yermakov said.
Russian officials said Kiev's use of civilian satellites to monitor the movements and actions of the Russian military was a provocation under the Outer Space Treaty.
Russia destroys Ukrainian counter-battery radar station in Donetsk
According to Pravda, on November 29 (local time), the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the country's military had destroyed Ukraine's AN/TPQ-36 counter-battery radar and repelled attacks in many areas.

"In the Nikolaevka area of Donetsk, the US-made AN/TPQ-37 radar station was destroyed. Our units also repelled several attacks in Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkiv. The enemy suffered heavy losses in personnel, lost a lot of military equipment and was pushed back to its original positions," said Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry.
Fire breaks out at Russian oil depot near Ukraine border
According to RT, on November 30, Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said that a fire broke out at an oil depot in the north of the province, the cause of the fire is not yet clear.

"The oil storage tanks in the Surazhsky district caught fire, more than 80 firefighters were mobilized to the scene. No casualties have been recorded yet," said Mr. Bogomaz.
Russian media reported that the fire broke out after a UAV appeared in the area, but it is still unclear who was operating the aircraft. The fire initially covered an area of 1,800 square meters, but later spread to 4,000 square meters.
