While Ukraine's air defenses are gradually becoming depleted, Russia doesn't need a massive ground attack to exert pressure; it can still do so with UAVs, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles. Russia is simultaneously opening three strategic fronts: from Kharkiv in the north, Donbass in the east, and Zaporozhye to Dnepropetrovsk in the south.
