US envoy reveals Washington sees final solution in Ukraine
US Special Presidential Envoy Keith Kellogg has reviewed proposals from Russia and Ukraine, and sees the final format for ending the conflict.

According to RIA Novosti, the US President's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said at a forum on Euro-Atlantic security issues in Brussels that the US had compared the draft peace agreements from both Ukraine and Russia, from which Washington understood how the solution to the conflict between the two countries could take place.
“We looked at the Ukrainian version of the memorandum, then we looked at the Russian version. We combined the two documents, and asked ourselves how to come up with the best final result,” said special envoy Keith Kellogg.
According to him, this approach allows the US to understand what the final solution to the conflict in Ukraine should be, if it can be achieved. Despite the possible difficulties, the US believes that the main goal - peace - is absolutely achievable.
Meanwhile, at an event at the White House on June 12, President Donald Trump said he was disappointed that there was no agreement to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, as well as the actions of both sides related to this issue.
“I’m disappointed in Russia, but I’m disappointed in Ukraine. I’m sad that it’s not over,” President Trump told reporters.
In addition, President Donald Trump pointed out the significant influence of drones on the image of modern warfare, from the example of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
“If you look at the terrible war between Russia and Ukraine that we’re trying to stop, it was a drone war,” Mr. Trump said.
Mr Trump added that drones have proven to be fast and smart systems, and three years ago no one could have imagined that they would become so influential on the battlefield.
