Ukraine expands list of banned imports from Russia
(Baonghean.vn) - The Ukrainian Cabinet has just expanded the list of Russian goods banned from being imported into the country.

“No objections? The decision is adopted,” Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said.
Thus, the Government of Ukraine approved the draft resolution "On amending the list of goods originating from the Russian Federation prohibited from import into the customs territory of Ukraine". This time the ban concerns fertilizers, agricultural products and transport.
In addition, the Cabinet has established special duties on some products from Russia. According to Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv, these special duties will come into effect from August 1.
Russia immediately reacted. Commenting on Kiev's new ban on Russian goods as a response to Moscow's measures, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia's previous actions were provoked by the decision of Ukrainian authorities.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Peskov stated: "Overall, perhaps we need to recall that Russia's previous decision was provoked by Ukrainian officials themselves"./.
