Support for flood victims in Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district

(Baonghean.vn) - During the flood caused by storm No. 10, Tan Thang commune and the Youth Union for Economic Construction in Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district suffered a lot of damage. In order to help students and people overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10, many groups, organizations and individuals have donated and supported.

On the afternoon of October 11, 2013, former students of the Quynh Luu Political - Administrative Intermediate Class 13 in Cau Giat Town; together with Mr. Vu Xuan Mao, Head of Sales Department of Dai-Ichi Life Insurance Company Vietnam, Vinh Branch, visited and shared the damage and loss that the families and students of the Youth Volunteer Team for Economic Construction in Tan Thang Commune had to endure during the recent flood. The delegation presented 180 notebooks, many pens and 1 ton of salt to the Youth Volunteer Team for Economic Construction in Tan Thang Commune to overcome the consequences of the flood.

Ms. Vu Thi He, representative of Cuong Thinh Company, gave gifts to ethnic minority students of Tan Thang Secondary School.

Also on the afternoon of October 11, Mr. Duong Thieu Cuong and his wife - Ms. Vu Thi He, representatives of Cuong Thinh Company (in block 6, Cau Giat town) went to Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district to give 230 gifts to ethnic minority students of Tan Thang Secondary School who were affected by floods caused by storm No. 10.
