“I think right now, the biggest threat that could undermine our security and our alliances is Russia. Second, I think China is our biggest competitor,” Biden said.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump said in September that China has caused more foreign and other problems for the US than Russia. Trump explained that the “coronavirus epidemic” from China to the United States has caused significant damage to the US economy.
