"Ukraine should move quickly to produce new types of weapons. Graphite bombs are a challenge that has received support in international relations today. These bombs are not banned and this is our path," Bogoslovskaya said.

In addition to this item, in her "strategy", Bogoslovskaya also forced Ukrainian politicians to declare their assets in Russia and increased economic sanctions against Moscow.

Graphite bombs contain graphite fibers, which when exploded will be dispersed in the air. In case the graphite fibers come into contact with power lines or power stations, it will lead to short circuits and damage to connected equipment, as well as paralyze the electrical system in a certain area.

Ukraine's presidential election takes place on March 31.
