'Prioritize job creation for ethnic minority children'

I am a delegate of the 16th Provincial People's Council. Now I am very honored to be nominated as a candidate for the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021. If elected, I will continue to pay more attention to the issues of ethnic minorities and ethnic minorities in remote and isolated areas with many difficulties and high poverty rates. As a delegate of the People's Council, I will give opinions and recommendations to the People's Council and all levels of sectors to have investment policies for people in remote and isolated areas to gradually eliminate hunger, effectively reduce poverty, and improve all aspects of life.

Faced with the reality that the number of ethnic minority children who graduate from school and work in social organizations is still very small, I will focus on making recommendations and acting as an intermediary to convey people's concerns, and request agencies and departments to have policies and pay more attention and priority to ethnic minorities on this issue, to implement in accordance with the spirit of Project 02 of the Provincial Party Committee, Joint Circular 02 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government's Ethnic Committee issued on giving priority to children of ethnic minorities who are of working age and graduate from universities and colleges, and are recruited to work in public service agencies or have jobs that create stable income for them.

If elected as a representative of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, I will continue to practice my skills and qualities as an elected representative, to be worthy of the trust of the people and voters. At the same time, I will try to listen and absorb more fully the wishes of voters, in order to bring their legitimate wishes to the competent authorities, departments and organizations for resolution.

In my previous term, I proposed an action program to pay attention to and increase allowances for the cadres at the village and hamlet levels, through which the province has had policies to support and increase allowances for this group. However, to meet 100% of the expectations of this group is not necessarily much; therefore, in the next term, I will continue to have opinions on how to pay more attention to the grassroots cadres, because they are the ones closest to the people, directly bringing the policies of the Party and the State to the people...
