National Civil Aviation Security Committee works in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) -On May 29, the working delegation of the National Civil Aviation Security Committee led by Colonel Nguyen Nhu Huong - Deputy Director of Department A67 of the Ministry of Public Security, member of the National Civil Aviation Committee worked with the Aviation Emergency Command Committee of Nghe An province.
Working with the delegation, on Nghe An side, there was Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
In recent times, the Nghe An Provincial Aviation Emergency Command has directed the research, dissemination and effective implementation of the Prime Minister's decision for departments, branches, sectors, organizations and units, and local bases to raise the sense of responsibility of leaders, officers, employees, and armed forces in ensuring aviation security in the area; issued emergency plans to deal with illegal interference and aircraft in distress in Nghe An province; directed relevant units and localities to develop and implement plans and strategies to ensure security and order at Vinh Airport. Organized propaganda for the masses living in the vicinity of Vinh Airport, promoted the movement of all people to protect national security, raised the sense of responsibility in ensuring safety for the operations of Vinh Airport; Regularly coordinate with the Traffic Police, Public Order Police, Local Police, Commune Police and Vinh Airport Authority, and aviation security to organize patrols, detect, prevent, and promptly handle violations of security and order in the airport area.

The Nghe An Province Aviation Emergency Command also strengthens the management of household registration, temporary residence and other activities with many potential risks that affect security and order; directs Vinh Airport to coordinate with representatives of Vinh Airport Authority and the Police and Military forces to develop plans to handle situations of terrorism, riots, and disruption of security and order; develop plans and provide guidance on the equipment, preservation and maintenance of fire prevention and fighting equipment... to ensure absolute safety for the organization of political, cultural, economic and social events and major holidays taking place in the province.
At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Nhu Huong - Deputy Director of A67 Department of the Ministry of Public Security, Member of the National Civil Aviation Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination work to ensure aviation security of the Nghe An Provincial Aviation Emergency Command in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the Nghe An Provincial Aviation Emergency Command would continue to strengthen the direction and coordination of forces to ensure aviation security and safety.
