Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviews and enforces disciplinary measures against officials and party members who have committed violations.

On December 25, 2022, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee held its fourth quarter meeting of 2022. Comrade Le Van Giap - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee chaired the meeting.

At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1.Reviewing the inspection results report when there are signs of violations and considering and enforcing discipline against comrade Vi Van Hoe, comrade Bui Tram and comrade Lau Ba Tenh, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that:

- Regarding comrade Vi Van Hoe - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ky Son district, who was considered for land allocation without auctioning land use rights, but received land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 08 in Muong Xen town, Ky Son district; the land plot subject to auctioning land use rights; he violated the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially key leaders at all levels, negatively affecting his own reputation; although he seriously reviewed and proactively returned the amount of money that had been exempted or reduced, his violation was to the extent that disciplinary action must be considered.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission proposed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee consider and take disciplinary action against comrade Vi Van Hoe according to its authority.

- Regarding comrade Bui Tram, during his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the Land Grant Council of Ky Son district, he agreed to review and grant land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 08 in Muong Xen town to comrade Vi Van Hoe, which is a land plot subject to land use rights auction; the process of implementing procedures for review, land allocation, granting of land use rights certificates, and exemption from land use fees did not ensure compliance with prescribed procedures.

Your actions have violated the prohibitions of party members, negatively affecting your reputation. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has voted to impose disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand. However, your violations have expired, so we require a serious review to learn from your experience.

- Regarding comrade Lau Ba Tenh - Member of the Party Executive Committee of Ky Son district, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department, during his tenure as Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ky Son district, he advised and signed the application for granting land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 08 in Muong Xen town, Ky Son district to comrade Vi Van Hoe, which is a land plot subject to land use rights auction; the process of advising on the implementation of procedures for approval, land allocation, and issuance of land use rights certificates did not ensure the prescribed procedures; His actions violated the things that party members are not allowed to do, negatively affecting his own reputation.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee voted to impose disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand. However, the disciplinary period for the comrade's violation has expired, so it is required to seriously review and draw lessons and have a plan to overcome shortcomings and violations.
